AUTUMN BARBECUE PARTY

For Kansai people who were unable to join us at the Celebratory Dinner Party at the British Embassy, Tokyo in September, we are making it up to you by having a Barbecue Party in Sasayama. November is the best season to enjoy the magnificent autumn colours in the mountains around the new Sasayama facility.

Date: Sunday 18th November 2012

Place: Shitsukawa, Sasayama (off route 37 Sanda-Sasayama) we can send a map for directions

Time: Barbecue ( all you can eat and drink ) from 1pm

Barbecue Fee+ Donation: ¥5000 per person, Primary school children ¥2,500 (children under 6 free)

Dogs are welcome, Dogland is safely fenced so that dogs can run around there freely and there is a cool river for them to paddle in. The site will be open all day from 11 am.

Please apply by fax, email or post as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we may have to limit numbers. If you have picnic tables and chairs, please bring them along.
