Shih Tsu Rescue
On 4th October ARK staff rescued three Shih Tsu dogs which had been dumped near a fishing pond in Izumi Otsu, south of Osaka. They were covered with hair balls, tangled up with fishing lines and hooks. It took a day for our trimmers to tidy them up.
They are young and friendly so should find loving homes soon.
