【May 8】Tokyo ARK Adoption Fair at Franciscan Chapel Center in Roppongi

We will be borrowing a room in which to hold a fair for adoptable dogs and cats.  We will also be selling goods during the event, so feel free to drop on by!

While the state of emergency has been lifted, we want to make sure guests and staff stay healthy and safe. We ask your cooperation in observing the following:  

＊　Maintaining a safe distance from other guests, staff and volunteers at all times;
＊　Depending on the number of guests, waiting outside until numbers diminish;
＊　Wearing a face mask at all times;
＊　Using the hand-sanitisers available at the entrance;
＊　Leaving doors open, but entering/leaving only via the temporary gate;

※Parking is limited so we encourage usage of public parking lots

Please complete our online application form and bring or send photographs of the living areas of your home (and fences if applicable) as well as a copy of the section of your housing agreement that says you are allowed to have pets on the premises.
