Meet our incredibly handsome Voom! Voom is a sweet and people-loving dog, but he is afraid of loud, unexpected noises and busy places. He was once rehomed, but was unfortunately returned because he wasn’t able to settle down and refused to go on walks. This is probably due to the fact that the surrounding area was too busy and intimidating. Voom has also had foster experience and he loved his foster family very much. He enjoyed his time playing with toys and asking for cuddles and his days were spent relaxing at home peacefully.

Voom was rescued as a puppy, along with his litter mates, when they were strays living in a mountain with no socialization. Although progress has been made since his rescue, Voom’s fear and anxiety has most likely stemmed from his experience as a stray.

Due to his timid nature, we would like to have Voom rehomed to a loving and patient family, who have experience with timid dogs. Voom absolutely loves other dogs but may need some training with this as he gets a little too excited at times! We feel a quiet and possibly secluded area would suit Voom’s character best. He is truly a wonderful dog but just needs that extra bit of time to settle in.
