Pleased to meet you- I’m Miu. I may look a little shy but there is an explanation. I used to belong to an old lady who cared deeply for me. Sadly she passed away and I had no where to go, so I came to ARK. It was probably the stress of missing my person and the change in my environment but when I first came to ARK, I refused to come out of hiding. I just could not settle into shelter life. I am slowly getting better but I still like to hide sometimes. Once I know you, I start to feel more at ease and even like getting neck scratches and belly rubs. Ark staff really think that once I have my own home, I will be so much happier and I will finally be able to show my true colours. I just need a second chance! I really hope someone kind, like my previous owner, will come take me home.
