Meet Apollo, a smart and housebroken puppy! He is a sweet, happy boy and almost 9 months old. Apollo is an energetic and friendly pup who enjoys tug games. True to his breed, he is curious about everything and loves to follow his nose to see what’s new.

Here is what the current foster family says about Apollo. From the moment he came to our home, Apollo is friendly and affectionate. He loves to follow us around the apartment when he is not busy playing with his toys. Apollo knows some basic obedience such as sit, stay, and down with ease. Very much food motivated, Apollo is quickly learning to “Leave it” and “Drop it” with lots of treats as rewards. He is progressing with walking calmly and becoming less excitable when it is feeding time. After some encouragement, within two days, Apollo learned to be polite and gentle in a busy elevator. He is such a quick learner and definitely wants to please. One of Apollo’s many strong suits is that he is friendly with other dogs and excited to play at the dog parks. He plays well with other dogs. Apollo is also crate trained although he may bark/whine a little before he settles down. He is happy to sleep in his crate all night long without any complaints.
