Mako Watanabe: A writer with numerous works including “Suteinu o Sukuu Machi (The Town That Saves Abandoned Dogs)”, an official animal protection promoter for Tokyo.
Kazue Tada: The representative of Fuko na Inuneko o Nakusu Network (No More Unhappy Dogs & Cats Network) which has spayed and neutered over 50,000 dogs and cats in 17 years with veterinarian volunteers.
Makiko Nakano: A veterinarian, an International Fund for Animal Welfare Japan Office staff, a member of committee for Chiba Prefecture to examine how animals should be living.
Akihiro Goto: A postgraduate student at Teikyo Science University, Animal Science Department. Varying animal protection measures have been developed through their club activities.
Keiji Ninomiya: The vice chief of Inokura (Community Act Committee for Protection of Lives and Living of People in The Prefecture) which studies how to give our opinions to administration and solve problems.

There will be songs by a singer-song writer, Teppei Miyagawa.
