Vega is a beautiful, highly intelligent, and sophisticated lady, who was brought to ARK due to difficult circumstances. Because she was kept with many other animals, we think this stress may have caused her to become a little anxious and shy around people. However, with time and patience, she begins to relax and come out of her shell. She is clearly interested in people and shows moments of affection, but it does take a little extra time for Vega. In true German Sheperd form, she is always up for an upbeat walk and as she is currently on a diet, it’s helping her (and us!) get in shape! We are looking for an understanding, patient and kind family who are willing to help Vega build up confidence and most importantly shower her with all the love she has missed out on.
