Takenoko is a super affectionate Pitbull mix who absolutely loves hanging out with people. When you walk into her kennel, Takenoko will often come over and rub her head up against you, almost like a cat, showering you with affection! She thoroughly enjoys her pats and she’ll happily nudge you as if to say, “More, please!” It’s especially cute watching Takenoko try her best to climb onto your lap with her big body. She clearly believes she’s a small dog! Takenoko has a great appetite and never leaves a single morsel of food behind. Grooming time is also a breeze, as she’s so gentle and well-behaved. For the most part, Takenoko walks well on the lead, though she may pull a bit when she spots other animals. Due to her reactivity towards other animals, (both cats and dogs) we believe she would do best as the only pet in the home. Being such a loving, friendly, loyal and adventurous girl, we hope our sweet girl will meet a wonderful family to take her out on even more adventures! Please come visit her soon!
