The most timid of the seven dogs who came to ARK together when their owner died probably didn’t have much contact with people. Phecda loves a walk, though, and will almost skip beside you. She will do all her business outside, but knows how to use pee pads, too. She really wants to be stroked, but is so timid that she still often runs away or snaps. As long as people don’t make sudden moves around her, she’s fine, though. Her dry eye syndrome means that her eyes look a little narrow, but eye drops are helping! If you can spend time helping this girl to trust you, you might be the one she’s waiting for!
