Nebula may be tiny but he’s certainly got a big heart! He is a very loving boy, with an easy going personality and makes friends with everyone he meets- including most dogs! He is very welcoming with first time visitors too and will always greet you with a wagging tail. That being said, Nebula is no pushover (don’t let his size fool you!) and will let you know if he isn’t happy with something. Nebula has always had weaker legs and therefore isn’t the most active, so we are looking for a loving family who can provide a comforting and relaxing environment for him.
