Little Maple here is a lovely boy, who has begun to settle into his surroundings here at the shelter. He has a timid nature, but this is to be expected after a rough start to life, but since arriving to ARK he has started to come out of his shell more. Maple may run off when startled, but he is starting to enjoy his leisurely walks and now when people enter his kennel, he comes up to say hello. We are really proud of his progress so far and with his sweet personality, we feel he would make a wonderful family member. Maple would do best with a family who are understanding of his background and will give him plenty of time to adjust to his new surroundings.
