Kyoro may be tiny and cute, but he’s no shrinking violet. If she wants to say no, he’ll say NOOOOO. You’ll be in no doubt as to his intentions. Like many of his breed, he’s a little stand offish at first, but once he gets to know you, he’ll learn to trust you.

Kyoro isn’t wild about shampoos, but his skin is delicate and she needs a weekly bath. He isn’t keen on her muzzle either, but might need it for trips to the vet.

It appears that he doesn’t really enjoy the company of other dogs, so we think he would prefer to be the only dog in the house, but we suspect “shelter dog overload” plays a part – he’s sad and unhappy about not being in his own home. We’re starting to a new side of him now he’s in Tokyo with a foster family. He is enjoying bath-time so much he falls asleep while soaking in the tub and likes nothing better than being carried around by his foster parents.
