Kalimba is a gorgeous kitty with a beautiful tortoise shell coat. She has a timid personality but has become gradually friendlier and more outgoing over the last few weeks. When she first arrived, Kalimba would hide in the kotatsu and wait until the coast was clear to come out, but now she will pop her head out to check what is going on. She has even started to enjoy a good brushing session and will purr when she’s feeling comfortable and safe. One thing Kalimba can’t get enough of are cat treats! In fact, she is a big foodie and has been known to try and steal other cats treats to the best of her abilities. She is also very easy going and friendly towards other cats, so we think she would do well in a home with another feline friend. We understand it may take some extra time for Kalimba to come around, but she is a very sweet girl, who just needs to feel comfortable and cared for.
