Dog Safety Seminar at Twinkle Star International School

Tokyo ARK was delighted to be invited to speak with the children and teachers at Twinkle Star International School about staying safe around dogs.

The students from the 5 year old class learnt the correct way to approach dogs and their owners. We also watched a dog safety video. After that, Udo the puppy volunteered to have the children approach his foster, ask for permission to stroke him, then do so. Both Udo and the children did a great job!

We hope our visit will not only help prevent accidents between children and dogs, but will also encourage the students of Twinkle Star to continue to take an interest in animals. The children generously donated the allowance they received by doing chores at home to ARK. ARK offers a big round of applause to the parents, teachers and students of Twinkle Star International School for this wonderful opportunity.
