タコ(ティロ)
タコ(旧ティロ)が家族の一員になってから、もう１年になるなんて信じられません。彼のおかげで毎日様々な感情が沸き起こります。まだリードを強く引っ張ることがありますが、近くに他の犬がいてもあまり吠えなくなりました。来年は犬友ができるといいな。と思っています。また、彼はビーチに行くのが大好きで、よくカニを追いかけて遊んでいます。でも…海は泳ぐためのものであって、飲むためのものではないことをまだ知りません。やっと彼のことを知り尽くしたと思う度に、全く知らなかった一面を見せてくれます。私たちとの生活に馴染んでくれたことをうれしく思っています。
Taco (Tillo)
We can’t believe it’s already been a year. We definitely have had some adventures and emotional rollercoasters since Taco (formerly Tillo) joined our family.
Taco still can be a strong puller on the lead but even though there are many other dogs in our neighborhood, he has gotten a bit better at his reactivity. We hope he can make some dog friends next year.
He really loves going to the beach, but he hasn’t learned yet that the ocean is for swimming in, not drinking. He will also chase after and dig up crabs.
Even now when we think we know him well, he will reveal some new part of his personality. We are so happy he’s gotten so comfortable living in his new home with us.
りりみ (リリー)
リリーちゃん改め『りりみ』をお迎えさせていただきました。 この度は我家にリリーちゃんをお譲りいただき、心よりお礼申し上げます。我家の娘として、私達の全てをかけて幸せに過ごしてもらえるようにしていきたいと思っております。初日、時折大きな声で鳴きながらあちこち部屋の中を探索し、最終的には私達の布団の上がお気に入りになったらしく、我が物顔でど真ん中で寝ておりました。父ちゃんと母ちゃんは、りりみの邪魔にならないよう、すみっこの方で丸まって寝かせていただきました笑。もうね、すこぶる可愛くて良い子です♡お父さんとお母さんの愛情独り占めで元気にしております。
りりみはカメラが嫌いなのか、カメラを向けるとすぐそっぽを向くか、ホントはお目目くりくりですっごい美人さん（これまた超絶親バカ発言）なのに、ぶちゃいく顔（でもかわいいんですけど♡）になっちゃうんです！だから基本寝てるお写真が多くて…日々カメラと奮闘です。そしてそして、主人はしつこくかまうから、最近よくりりみにカプって噛まれてます笑 。そんな姿もまた愛おしいです。
Lilimi (Lily)
Lily, renamed Lilimi, has joined our family. We are deeply grateful to have her in our home. We plan to do everything in our power to ensure her happiness as our daughter.
On her first day, Lilimi occasionally went from room to room, meowing loudly as she investigated her new terrain.
Eventually, she apparently found our futon to her liking and claimed it as her domain, taking up centre position. Mum and dad were relegated to the edges, so as not to interrupt her (LOL).
These days, she is so incredibly cute♡ that she has completely captured our hearts and is doing very well indeed.
Lilimi is a little camera shy, so even though she’s truly stunning, with big, beautiful eyes (and we fully admit to extreme bias), she ends up looking homely (but still cute)! So we’ve ended up with a lot of photos of her sleeping… it’s such a battle to get good photos.
My husband is so over-attentive that Lilimi had to give him a firm nip the other day. Even so, she’s irresistible!
トスカ
トスカが我が家に来てくれてから1ヶ月が経ちました。全く歩く様子がなく地面に固まってしまっていたお散歩も、最近はトコトコ歩いてくれるようになり、少しずつ慣れてくれているのかなという感じです。
皮膚は赤い時もあり、変わらずかゆそうですが、動物病院に相談し、一旦アークからいただいた薬がなくなるまで使うということになりました。(指の良腫瘍も手術で取れそうということです)
ソファに座っていると隣に飛び乗ってきてくれるくらいには仲良くなれたかな？という1ヶ月でした。
しっとり甘えてくれるので表情を読み解くのが難解なのですが、ユニークでとてもかわいいトッチャンです。またトスカの様子をレポートします！
Tosca
Tosca has now been part of our family for a month!
He’s gradually getting used to life with us. He was sooo determined not to go on walks that he’d transform himself into a little, immovable rock but now trots along merrily!
His itchiness has dissipated and he still has some redness at times. We discussed this with our vet and are sticking with the allergy regime ARK had him on until he’s completed the course.. We’re hoping to have the benign lump on his foot surgically removed, too.
We’ve all become quite good buddies – he’ll jump up on the sofa and join us when we’re sitting there. It’s not easy to work out what his expression means when he comes for a quiet snuggle, but Tocchan really is the most adorable, most unique little guy around!
