Adoption Event in Yokohama at Yamate Gakuin

Tokyo ARK will have its first Yokohama adoption event at Yamate Gakuin High School, http://www.yamate-gakuin.ac.jp/english/ courtesy of the school’s animal lovers’ club, “Nekorobu”. A 10-minute walk from Konandai Station or 5 minutes by car from Hino IC, this new site offers easy access from Tokyo, Yokohama or the Shonan area. Come out and meet the kittens, or drop in on your way home from sightseeing in Kamakura.

Access:
By train: Turn left from Konandai Station (Negishi Line), walk past Takashimaya and Coco’s and continue to the T-intersection. Cross the road and walk down the lane beside Katoh Sports. Go to the first building on the left once you are inside the gates.

By car: Exit the Yokohama-Yokosuka Doro at Hino and turn into Kamakura Kaido heading towards Kuden. Turn left at the Kuden intersection, and again at Yamate Gakuin Iriguchi. Drive straight through the grounds, past the oval to the building on the right just before the back gate (permanently closed).

To the event:
Walk inside and take the stairs on the right to the second floor. Look for ARK staff or students in Cat Club T-shirts, or call 090-6301-6400.
