Urgent! Part-time Office Help Needed in Tokyo


Tokyo ARK is currently has an opening for a part-time office helper. Priority will be given to those with office and customer service experience as well as English ability. Animal Refuge Kansai (ARK) is a non-profit organization that relies upon donations to carry out its activities. If you are interested in the position, please contact us at the number below.

Location: Ota-ku, Tokyo

Necessary skills:
　Basic office skills (including computers and telephone skills)
　Customer service (helping visitors to ARK)

Preferred skills:
　English ability (able to handle English telephone calls and e-mails)
　＊For non-Japanese, a certain level of Japanese language ability is required＊
Priority will also be given to those with a driver's license and driving experience.

Work days: 3-4 days/week (Days and hours are negotiable, and availability to work Saturdays is preferred.)

Training: Osaka ARK (about 1 week)
